Sign-Up
Complete the online signup form with your service address, contact details, drum quantity, access notes, and preferred debit-order date.
Fill your drum
Use the drum for grass cuttings, leaves, weeds, hedge trimmings, and similar garden waste.
We collect weekly
MegaBin empties the drum according to the current operational route.

MegaBin serves approved suburbs in the launch service-area source. If your suburb is not listed, you can still complete signup and the office will review it manually before activation.

Does signup activate my service immediately?
No. The office reviews every signup first, confirms the details, and follows up before service starts.
What if my suburb is not on the approved list?
You can still submit the form. Unsupported or non-listed suburbs are flagged for manual office review.
What can I put in the drum?
The drum is for ordinary garden refuse such as grass cuttings, leaves, weeds, flowers, hedge trimmings, small branches, and similar plant material.
Can I request more than one drum?
Yes. You can request the number of drums you need online, and the office will review the details before activation.
How does weekly service payment work?
Weekly collection is paid by debit order. After the office confirms your signup, you will receive a welcome email with the mandate link, or the office can help you complete it by phone.
Why are collection days not published on the website?
Routes and collection days change often, so the office confirms service details directly instead of publishing fixed route days.
How does a once-off collection work?
Submit the request with the details and up to three photos. The office reviews the load, confirms the quote, and handles payment by EFT after invoice.
