What you get
A practical weekly routine for busy gardens.
The service is built around one simple habit: keep a MegaBin drum at your property, fill it with ordinary garden refuse, and let the weekly collection routine keep it under control.
Fill with garden refuse
Add accepted garden refuse such as grass cuttings, leaves, weeds, hedge trimmings, and small branches.
Place it for collection
Keep the drum in an accessible area on route day so the collection team can reach it safely.
We empty and return it
The collection team empties the drum and returns it to the property as part of the weekly routine.
Repeat every week
Keep using the drum for accepted garden refuse and the weekly collection cycle continues.

Collection-day readiness
Simple habits help collection run smoothly.
Routes and collection days can change, so MegaBin keeps route details operational and focuses this page on what clients can do to keep weekly collection practical.
Keep the drum accessible
The drum should preferably be outside the property on route day where the collection team can reach it.
Keep access clear
Blocked gates, restricted access, or unsafe entry can delay collection.
Secure animals
Dangerous animals must be secured so the team can collect safely.
Use the drum for garden refuse
Keeping household waste and rubble out of the drum protects the weekly collection process.
Service area
Check whether your suburb is approved.
MegaBin serves approved suburbs in the current service-area source. If your suburb is not listed, you can still complete signup and the office will review it manually before activation.
Before service starts
Billing, access, and activation are reviewed by the office.
Weekly collection is paid by debit order and billed monthly in advance. Customers choose a debit-order date of the 15th, 20th, 25th, or 30th. If signup is more than seven days before month-end, the office issues a pro-rata invoice manually.
Office-reviewed setup
Every signup is checked before service starts, especially billing, access notes, and manual-review suburbs.
Debit-order setup
After the office confirms service, your welcome email includes the mandate link, or the office can help you complete it by phone.
Local support
The office is available from 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday for signup, service, and debit-order questions.
